make a space suit and fill it with hydrogen.
on your back is a fan which controls the forward and downward motion.
the dress is anchored at top of terrace.
u get in the suit and detach the anchor.
the dress will lift you up slowly.
when the hight is sufficient you switch on the fan.
you stay in an inclined position so that it will lead you forward at a convenient hight.
when you want to land, come over the pad and make the fan upward and increase the speed.
anchor your dress and get out of it.
